Xiaomi's UK FAQ explicitly lists pet feces among recognised object categories, but RightRobot has not found a strong exact-model independent pet-waste test yet.
Important: Xiaomi also warns that recognition can vary with lighting, reflective/dark surfaces, viewing angle and sensor condition.
